– Cordelia Chase, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, “Out of Mind, Out of Sight” (aka “Invisible Girl”), Season 1 Episode 11.
I talk to myself.
Loudly actually. Well, at least I noticed that I did today while watching my Buffy for the evening. I decided to stop at “Entropy” so I can hold off Tara death another day or so.
I was just sitting there, saying things about the show to no one at all. I mean, yeah sure I had a drink. Maybe it’s just my alone-ness.
On another note, I am totally thinking of this shirt with...

What is up with that? (@ingridmusic)
I’m sitting on my bed, looking for inspiration to continue reading my geography homework when I decide to look up Brandi Carlile’s new CD. I listened to maybe .75 of a song or 2 before deciding to listening to “Everybody” off of Ingrid’s CD. I quickly moved on to “Are We There Yet?” which brought me to my own thoughts of not having a home. This set the...

I almost wrote a to do list on paper…then decided it was much cooler to just write it here and update it periodically throughout the day (if possible).

Me
I’m broken. It’s fantastic. Crying doesn’t help. I have to force it out…and then it doesn’t feel like anything. Tears are warm, gasping makes tiny noises…but eh, that’s about it. Guess I should try something else.
I don’t know if I’ll survive. Clearly I could. Probably I will. But it’s all good to doubt.
I wish Niko were a...

Who doesn't love a good rant?
It’s awkward to have no one. I mean, yeah…sure…I have people. Sort of. It’s more like, I could have people, but I like punishment or something. I suppose I’m really saying that I feel like I’m a piece of nothing and so I believe that I deserve to sit around in poo all the time. Today some dude at work asked me to use my headphones. It was sad. I’m...
I hate when I can't think
Yup. Mhmm….
What’s the point if you’ve got no one to share it with?
Rejection?
Today is Father’s Day…which should be Fathers’ Day. Anyway, I hate Father’s Day—like most any celebratory day. For me, such days are societal obligations that hold no meaning for me. I find them to be forced and worthless. Certainly there are reasons to celebrate things like Father’s Day, but some children have no father, others take fathers for granted, and...

To do! My favorite type of post!
You know what’s amazing about making to do lists? You can put things that you’ve already done…so you can at least check off one thing.
The latest introverted type thought I had was why I don’t have anything to do here in ABQ. It dealt with my need to acquire things. You see, my dad collects things—namely fountain pens. We would always go to antique stores to...

Women Want Man →
How strange to stumble upon such an example of women needing men in any shape or form. I mean, it’s a picture of a guy I know from high school. I’m not sure how “real” this photo is. I’m also not sure how I feel about this.
And I am a weapon of massive consumption
And its not my fault it’s how I’m...
– Lily Allen’s “The Fear” in It’s Not Me, It’s You
Ruminations
I first started “using” that word my freshman year in college. ::cough:: Hannah ::cough::
Anyways, this shall be a life update. I think. I hope. We’ll see. I also think that I should at least buy “The Fear” by Lily Allen; I’m definitely considering the CD. I shall see if Myspace has a nice mix of her new songs available to listen to in their entirety. ...
Bras
What’s the point of a bra? Keep them from sagging? Make cleavage? This is pure silliness! Although there is no clear evidence that breast cancer and bras are linked, I sort of believe that it’s possible that there is a positive correlation. We weren’t born with bras (or clothes for that matter…but those things keep us warm). Women in other cultures seem to be doing...

This is crazy! Too bad it’s Verizon…unless it’s not limited to Verizon customers…. I have absolutely no use for this thing, but it’s shiney.
Let people answer this
So, am I to believe that the option to “Let people answer this,” which can be located under advanced options, only works if you end your post with a question? P.S. I think this is dumb, but I’ll add a question mark at the end, to make sure you all can reply.
Question Mark!?

The Next Step
So lately I’ve been questioning my life goals. I’ve come to realize that maybe mathematics isn’t my path. In fact, I think I need to return to education. Not teaching, per say, but the act of learning. How does one learn? Certainly, I’m interested in the brain, but I don’t think I want to be a brain scientist. That icky science stuff, ew! That’s why I...

I know. Maybe I’m busy. Maybe I’m not. I promise I haven’t forgotten though.
Time
What is time? Something relative. Something we’re all running out of. Possibly not even something. One thing, that really gets me, when I start thinking…and a lot of things get to me when I start using that thing in my skull. Anyway, so, time. We’re always searching for more of it.
I’m sure we can all agree that we shall all die. Now let’s assume that we run...
Identity
How does one go about finding his or her own identity? In my own personal search, I find that I seek out others—quite frequently—to re-affirm my own conclusions. However, more frequently, I tend to seek out other people’s ideas and opinions, before finding my own. I also tend to just steal their ideas and opinions and take them as my own. Isn’t it just the slightest bit...
